We ship worldwide via trusted couriers including DHL, BRT, and GLS.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs €9.99 for orders up to €200. For orders over €200, express shipping is FREE.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery & Signature

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. When your order arrives, please check that the number of boxes matches what was shipped and inspect the packaging for any visible damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, or any discrepancy in the number of boxes delivered, please report it immediately in writing on the courier’s delivery documents — this step is essential for us to be able to assist you.

Our courier delivers Monday to Friday during standard business hours and will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

Changes to Your Order

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase: once an order has been placed, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.

Orders are processed automatically through our system, so unfortunately we’re not able to expedite or delay shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes 5–20 business days. Please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs processing in the destination country.
