What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments by credit and debit card, including American Express, Maestro and Mastercard. You can also pay safely via PayPal.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information

How long does delivery take?

After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days worldwide. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

Will I have to pay customs duties or additional fees?

No. Our shipments are exempt from customs duties, meaning you will not be asked to pay additional customs fees when your package arrives.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer standard worldwide shipping for €9.99. However, shipping is free for orders of €200 or more.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will send your tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your package during delivery.

What if I choose the wrong size?

No worries. You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
